Dunns Farm Community Association is a non-profit incorporated association set up to run Dunns Farm on behalf of Rednecked Holdings Pty Ltd.

Rednecked Holdings shareholders are required to become members of DuFCA and contribute an annual amount of $520 toward the upkeep of the property - roads, fences, weed management, insurance etc. This contribution is payable weekly, fortnightly, monthly or annually by direct deposit.

DuFCA members are issued with leases which allow them to access and be on the property.
